Hasmonean achieved the government's Customer Service Excellence standard in January 2010. We plan to use this
standard as a tool to help us define and implement customer-focused best practices.
We have been looking into improving access to information for some time.
For example, last August we implemented a system to enable students to access their public exam
results electronically for the first time via our information management system.
We are also publishing for the first time on this site
strategic reviews and evaluations of the school's performance in headline areas
of education and the steps to be implemented to improve our performance.
New services for our customers will include
the
implementation of a password-protected area on this site which will allow our parents to access, for example,
results of surveys we have carrried out.
